For orders placed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, delivery is normally within 1-2 working days. For orders placed before 3pm we aim for a next working day service.
You will receive an email regarding the dispatch of your order. On arrival, you will also be asked to sign for the package, to confirm receipt of goods.
Orders placed below £50: courier delivery to your address £5.00 ex VAT.

SAME DAY DELIVERY ORDER REQUESTS - YOU MUST CALL US BEFORE 3PM. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESPOND WITH SAME DAY DELIVERY TO WEBSITE ORDERS OR EMAILS.
Product availability
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Your order will be dispatched and delivered to your chosen collection point normally within 1-2 business days of placing your order. When an item is out of stock, the item availability (quoted in days) is subject to the manufacturer’s availability.
UK mainland orders
UK mainland orders received by 3pm, Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery or to your business address or to us to delivery to you. Orders to an address outside of our local delivery area with be delivered directly to the delivery address stated on your purchase order. While every effort is made to deliver promptly,no delivery dates are guaranteed. As deliveries are subject to availability and 3rd party delays beyond our control. Orders placed could also be sent in more than one delivery.
Canary Wharf Office Supplies/ Green Footprint Services Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Delay in delivery does not relieve the purchaser the obligation to accept and pay for the remaining deliveries or goods already delivered. Claims for non-delivery shall be deemed waived unless reported within three days of the intended delivery timeline of each shipment. The risk of damage and loss transfers to the purchaser once delivery has taken place.
Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
Delivery addresses
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
Outside of UK Mainland delivery
Due to issues around customer support, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to delivery location. We will contact you as soon as possible if this may affect you.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
